LUCKY BAHL

Lucky has over 17 years of experience spanning M&A, Commercial, Corporate Strategy and Finance and Accounting (F&A). He has helped create and deploy innovative solutions to standardise, optimise and transform F&A operations for clients across Australia, UK&E, Americas, and Middle East.

Lucky has worked across the entire M&A lifecycle from deal prospecting, valuation, and due diligence to deal closure and post-merger integration, covering deals with a combined value of more than $2.0b. In addition, he has also been extensively involved in long-term strategic planning as part of the multiple corporate roles he has held. His industry experience includes Defence, Telecom, Healthcare, Home Affairs, Justice & Immigration, Transport, BPM and Technology.

At ConsultGenics, Lucky his responsible for business development, managing client relationships and critical project delivery. Before founding ConsultGenics, he worked with global organisations including Teleperformance, Serco, Evalueserve, and TCS holding multiple leadership roles. Lucky is a Chartered Accountant based in New Delhi.
