Lucky has over 17 years of experience in M&A, Commercial, Corporate Strategy and Finance and Accounting (F&A) having delivered projects across Australia, UK&E, Americas and Middle East.

Lucky’s experience encompasses creating innovative solutions for standardising, optimising and transforming F&A operations. He has worked across M&A lifecycle from deal prospecting, valuation, due diligence, deal closure and post-merger integration and has worked deals with combined value of more than $2.0b. Lucky has been part of long term Strategic Planning process during in his corporate roles. His industry experience include Defence, Telecom, Healthcare, Home Affairs, Justice & Immigration, Transport, BPM and Technology.

At ConsultGenics Lucky his responsible for business development, managing client relationships and critical project delivery. Prior to setting up ConsultGenics Lucky has worked with global organisations (Teleperformance, Serco, Evalueserve and TCS) in leadership roles. Lucky is a Chartered Accountant and based out of New Delhi.
