Shivam has over 8 years of experience in business and technology research, analysis and execution of market and competitive intelligence projects. His experience spans across leading global enterprises and eCommerce compliance operations, having delivered projects in geographies including USA, the UK, Middle East, Malaysia and India. He has worked with clients in Oil & Gas (Crude, Lubricants and LNG), Utilities and eCommerce Retail.

At ConsultGenics, Shivam is responsible for project delivery, research, and client management in Strategy Consulting. Prior to joining ConsultGenics, Shivam has worked with Amazon (Dangerous Goods Manual Classification operations) and Evalueserve as Business Analyst. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and holds an MBA degree in Oil & Gas Management from UPES, Dehradun.
